Billing questions

Credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Link. The checkout shows the methods available for your device and country. All payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card or PayPal details.

You log in to PayPal once at checkout and approve automatic payments for ShadowPanel. After that, each renewal (monthly, or yearly on an annual plan) is charged to your PayPal account automatically, with no need to log in again. Cards work the same way.

Yes. Open Billing in your dashboard and use the Stripe portal to add a card or PayPal, or to replace the current payment method. The next renewal is charged to the new one.

Stripe retries the payment automatically. While the payment is outstanding, your panel falls back to the Free plan; as soon as the payment goes through, your Pro or Agency features come back on their own. Your sites, files and databases are never touched. To fix it quickly, update your payment method in Billing.

Monthly plans renew on the same day each month, yearly plans on the same day each year. You can cancel at any time from Billing; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
